Lakewood Shopping Center Remodel, Lakewood, CA

The structure was analyzed with parapet extensions for wind and seismic loading conditions. The wall was designed to support custom steel canopies for pull-out forces. Structural plans and detailing were provided to create a more modern looking retail center.
